Although FBI investigative reports delineate serious allegations of corruption and voter registration fraud by ACORN, the Obama administration in 2009 shut down a criminal investigation of the group without filing criminal charges. The Obama administration claimed that ACORN broke no laws and had merely engaged in "questionable hiring and training practices." In the 1990s, Obama worked for ACORN, procuring funding, training its leaders, and representing the organization in court.

In 2011, Judicial Watch traced additional federal money from the Obama administration to ACORN spinoffs, despite laws prohibiting funding to ACORN. Judicial Watch also reported that "70 ACORN employees in 12 states have been convicted of voter registration fraud" and that "of the 1.3 million registrations Project Vote/ACORN submitted in the 2008 election cycle, more than one third were invalid." ACORN/Project Vote activists have been caught or accused of destroying Republican registrations and filing duplicate registrations or registrations for deceased or fictional people.

The historic levels of food stamp usage -- one out of every seven Americans -- the effort by the Obama administration to increase usage, and the drive to register aid recipients provide perfect conditions for voter registration fraud, especially since Project Vote opposes fraud protections in voter registration and elections in several states.

In all but three states, the Secretary of State (SOS) serves as the chief election officer, who certifies candidates and election results. In 35 states, this is an elected position; in 12 states, the governor appoints the SOS. SOS responsibilities include conducting the election, enforcing election rules, determining precinct locations, establishing Election Day procedures, and allocating and ensuring the security of voting machines. Additionally, secretaries of state purge voter rolls and register new voters. In other words, they decide who can vote, how they will vote, and which ballots are counted. The SOS serves a vital role in ensuring the legitimacy of each election, weeding out fraud and prohibiting voter intimidation or coercion.

The most extensive and prominent organization of this type is the Houston-based True the Vote (TTV). "True the Vote was founded to provide a coordinated program through which American citizens can participate in the support of free and fair elections."

. . . identified opportunities for intervention: monitoring voter registration and validating its legitimacy, verifying voter-roll accuracy, ensuring that citizens know their rights, and improving competence through proper training of poll workers. TTV began to track and chronicle their observations and chart pervasive problems in order to improve the process and spearhead election law changes. The organization has uncovered gross incompetence, massive fraud, blatant lack of checks and balances on absentee ballots, and other serious impediments to a free and fair election process.

That such fame, wealth, and adulation can provide powerful motivations for the abandonment of moral and intellectual integrity is easy to see.

In the end, nations are not so different from the people that populate them. In that, it behooves each to examine closely what it is he has chosen to worship. Sometimes, the answers to be found under such scrutiny are uncomfortable. But if we are steadfast -- we might be surprised by exactly whom we choose to worship.

On Wednesday, Wisconsin voters learned from a newspaper article of a series of backroom deals between potential Democratic candidates seeking to oust the governor and the leaders of the state's largest public employee and teachers unions.

It's a simple scheme. If these candidates want the endorsement of the powerful public-sector unions, all they have to do, apparently, is sign away Wisconsin's future. The unions are demanding the candidates pledge in their campaigns to reverse the state's collective bargaining reforms in Act 10 of 2011.

But the unions take it a step farther. They want the gubernatorial candidates to guarantee they will veto the entire 2013-15 state budget if the Legislature doesn't actually repeal Act 10.

. . . such a pledge — to hold the entire state hostage for the benefit of unionized public-sector employees — just shows that the often-repeated talking point of the Madison protests — "It was never about the money!" — was a ruse. Of course, it's about the money.

It has provided a moment of clarity to untold numbers of undecided voters as to how they will be viewing the Walker recall — as a self-serving act from a powerful special interest group with no qualms whatsoever about making the overwhelming majority of Wisconsinites suffer just so they can get their power back.

READER COMMENT: Lets all remember that the loss you took is not to help me pay for my health care or to pay for MY pension, it is to help pay for YOUR health care and YOUR pension. It is a least refreshing to see someone from the public sector union appear to see that the private sector has been dealing with this since probably the mid to late nineties. Remember that alot if not most of us in the private sector have to pay put money into our 401k's and pay a substantial part of our heqalthcare. I think it is more than fair that public sector employees pay some of their OWN PENSION and HEALTHCARE costs.

WHO IS JUDGE MALIHI WHO SAYS PRESIDENT OBAMA IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE GEORGIA BALLOT?

Immediately after the hearing in Georgia where Judge Michael Malihi ruled against the Plaintiffs in the case regarding Obama’s eligibility to be on the 2012 presidential ballot, it floated around that Malihi was an Iranian Muslim. So, once this was stated some research was conducted to find out all that could be found about this Judge. The questions were “Is his ancestry really Iranian?” “Is his faith really Muslim?” “If so, did either of these things play a role in his decision to side with Obama in the Georgia eligibility hearing?”
So here is the information which details all that is available; just know there is precious little.

Today, Judge Malihi is the Deputy Chief Judge for the Georgia Office of State Administrative Hearings. He was appointed Judge in 1995. If you go to the official website for his office, what you don’t find may be more interesting than what you do find. On the OSAH website there is a page which lists bios for all the judges, including Malihi.

This leaves one scratching their head as there are more questions than answers. Nowhere was there any information available which is able to answer any of the questions about this judge. Why? Why do we find even less info on this judge than we can on Obama?

My question to all Patriots is “If there is anyone who can provide more information about this judge please offer it in the comments below.” Until then, Judge Michael Malihi remains a mystery; way more so than Obama!

THE TAX SYSTEM EXPLAINED IN BEER

David R. Kamerschen, Ph.D., Professor of Economics has reduced our tax system down to beer - sounds odd, but in the simplicity of this little example the true nature of the unfair taxation of the wealthiest sector of our society floats to the top
THE TAX SYSTEM EXPLAINED IN BEER

Suppose that every day, ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten
comes to $100...

If they paid their bill the way we pay our taxes, it would go something
like this...

The first four men (the poorest) would pay nothing.
The fifth would pay $1.
The sixth would pay $3.
The seventh would pay $7.
The eighth would pay $12.
The ninth would pay $18.
The tenth man (the richest) would pay $59.

So, that's what they decided to do:

The ten men drank in the bar every day and seemed quite happy with the
arrangement, until one day, the owner threw them a curve ball. "Since you are all such good customers," he said, "I'm going to reduce the cost of your daily beer by $20". Drinks for the ten men would now cost just $80.

The group still wanted to pay their bill the way we pay our taxes. So the
first four men were unaffected. They would still drink for free. But what
about the other six men? How could they divide the $20 windfall so that
everyone would get his fair share?

They realized that $20 divided by six is $3.33. But if they subtracted
that from everybody's share, then the fifth man and the sixth man would
each end up being paid to drink his beer.

So, the bar owner suggested that it would be fair to reduce each man's
bill by a higher percentage the poorer he was, to follow the principle of
the tax system they had been using, and he proceeded to work out the
amounts he suggested that each should now pay.

And so the fifth man, like the first four, now paid nothing (100% saving).
The sixth now paid $2 instead of $3 (33% saving).
The seventh now paid $5 instead of $7 (28% saving).
The eighth now paid $9 instead of $12 (25% saving).
The ninth now paid $14 instead of $18 (22% saving).
The tenth now paid $49 instead of $59 (16% saving).

Each of the six was better off than before. And the first four continued
to drink for free. But, once outside the bar, the men began to compare
their savings.

"I only got a dollar out of the $20 saving," declared the sixth man. He
pointed to the tenth man," but he got $10!"

"Yeah, that's right," exclaimed the fifth man. "I only saved a dollar too.
It's unfair that he got ten times more benefit than me!"

"That's true!" shouted the seventh man. "Why should he get $10 back, when I got only $2? The wealthy get all the breaks!"

"Wait a minute," yelled the first four men in unison, "we didn't get
anything at all. This new tax system exploits the poor!"

The nine men surrounded the tenth and beat him up.

The next night the tenth man didn't show up for drinks, so the nine sat
down and had their beers without him. But when it came time to pay the
bill, they discovered something important. They didn't have enough money between all of them for even half of the bill!

And that, boys and girls, journalists and government ministers, is how our
tax system works. The people who already pay the highest taxes will
naturally get the most benefit from a tax reduction. Tax them too much,
attack them for being wealthy, and they just may not show up anymore. In fact, they might start drinking overseas, as many are considering where the atmosphere is somewhat friendlier.

For those who understand, no explanation is needed.
For those who do not understand, no explanation is possible.

American Majority will announce today that it’s sponsoring Nationwide Series driver Jason Bowles and the MacDonald Motorsports No. 81 car for the full NASCAR racing season as the centerpiece of an effort to register and urge conservatives to vote in the November elections, organizers tell POLITICO.

The campaign, which will cost in the “seven-figure range,” will not overtly advocate for a specific candidate or party — as a nonprofit educational organization, it can’t — instead urging race fans to vote against big government, increased taxes and expanded national debt, American Majority President Ned Ryun said.

The No. 81 car will be painted red, white and blue and feature the slogan “pledge to vote” and “keep America free” on its side. The words “American Majority Racing” will sit on the car’s hood.

American Majority was in New York Thursday, February 9^th, featured on Fox and Friends to launch their new nationwide Pledge to Vote www.PledgetoVote.com.

After pulling out invalid signatures, Antill said, the review found the committee collected about 14,500 signatures, some of which could be contested. That would be far short of the 16,742 signatures from the 13th Senate District electorate required to force a recall.

Last month, the recall committee on turning in its petitions announced it collected 20,600 signatures — 123 percent of what was needed.

Antill said TruetheVote’s review of the other Senate recall petitions found invalid signatures but not enough to preclude the recall of Republican state Sens. Van Wanggaard of Racine or Pam Galloway of Wausau.

State Sen. Terry Moulton, R-Chippewa Falls, might have a solid challenge to the recall drive against him, Antill said.

Walker can contest through Feb. 27, and Kleefisch has until March 5, due to the staggering nature of the GAB’s release of petitions.

The accountability board is expected to finish its review by March 19.

Brown said thousands of volunteers, from every state, are entering an average of 2.7 signatures per second.

At that rate, Antill said, the verification drive could take another 10 to 12 days.

Verify the Recall intends to challenge in court the accountability’s board decision not to accept third-party verification.

The GAB’s director and legal counsel Kevin Kennedy said the agency’s rules do not provide for third-party involvement.

But the rules leave some individuals unsure of how to proceed when they find inconsistencies on petitions, although a GAB official said the agency will make accommodations to resolve the issue.

Across the country, angry emails bombard official Girl Scout computers.

Emails and random churches are one thing, the bottom line is quite another.

The cookie sale is the Girl Scouts' largest fundraiser, bringing in close to a billion dollars annually.

Girl Scout headquarters knows that Planned Parenthood scares parents - why else would it publish an official disclaimer? Its website claims that "Girl Scouts of the USA does not have a relationship or partnership with Planned Parenthood," and yet there is evidence everywhere that this is patently, even laughably, untrue.

Given the testimony from today’s court case in Georgia, Obama has a lot of explaining to do. His attorney, Jablonski, was a NO SHOW as of course, was Obama.

The following is a nutshell account of the proceedings.

Promptly at 9am EST, all attorneys involved in the Obama Georgia eligibility case were called to the Judge’s chambers. This was indeed a very interesting beginning to this long awaited and important case.

The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the Constitution and whether or not Obama qualifies under it to serve. More to the point, if found ineligible, Obama’s name wouldn’t appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.

First of all — and most important — the majority of Americans now believe that there are too many abortions, that more protection should be given to the unborn, that restrictions on abortion should be imposed. Eighty percent believe that late term abortions should be banned.

is becoming more pro-life than before. In 1991 there were 2,200 abortion clinics in the United States; today there are only 670! That’s a net loss of 1,530. In the past 18 months alone some 50 clinics have closed their doors permanently.

In addition this past year, pro-life bills have flooded American legislatures. Over 900 were introduced in 2011 and many of them passed into law. Others will become law as the legislative processes unfold. Seven states passed legislation that banned so-called “telemed” abortions, i.e. abortions that are done by taking pills under the direction of a doctor via video teleconferencing. That is the only contact with a physician during the procedure.

The tide of history is with the pro-life cause now.

The long-serving Democrat lost, but he finished with more than $900,000 on hand.

In Feingold’s case, after contributing some $400,000 to the Democratic Party of Wisconsin his committee reformed into Progressives United, a political action committee, or PAC, designed to “stand up against exploding corporate influence in Washington.”

“The day-to-day reality in politics is that it comes down to the ambitions of individuals,” he said. “There is a legal structure in what you can and can’t do. It’s mostly boring stuff that goes from a screaming madness to a snooze over at the FEC.”

“Converting to a PAC means that you can distribute the money to candidates based on your own preferences, while giving it to the party leaves that decision in their hands,” Ken Mayer, professor of political science at UW-Madison, wrote in an email.

Today, nearly 400 leadership PACs exist, some created by freshmen members of Congress. When lawmakers retire, that leadership PAC money goes with them . . .

Looks like the good folks at the BLS heard us: It appears that the people not in the labor force exploded by an unprecedented record 1.2 million. No, that’s not a typo: 1.2 million people dropped out of the labor force in one month! So as the labor force increased from 153.9 million to 154.4 million, the non-institutional population increased to 242.3 million, meaning those not in the labor force surged from 86.7 million to 87.9 million. Which means that the civilian labor force tumbled to a fresh 30-year low of 63.7 percent as the BLS is seriously planning on eliminating nearly half of the available labor pool from the unemployment calculation.”

READER COMMENT: Democrats took over both houses in Jan 2007. So those 8 million jobs that went missing happened under Democrat management. TARP was written by democrats in both houses. That hole was dug by democrats. The last republican congress in 2006 had unemployment at 4.6 and the deficit at 160 billion. Now,after 5 years of democrat majorities real unemployment is above 15% and the deficit is 1.7 trillion.

Thank the democrats for destroying those jobs and creating the 8 million unemployed who lost their jobs under democrats.

I hope readers will take the time to read Erdely’s article, in which she relies on the use of logical fallacies, including appeals to emotion, false cause, and ad hominem attacks, to manipulate her readers. I will grant this possibility: Perhaps she is unfamiliar with logic.

Clearly, Erdely is not concerned with ending teen suicide. Her mission, pursued with messianic fervor, is to humiliate conservatives into submission by any unethical means necessary. Christians in Minnesota and other school districts around the country must not cower in fear.

Teachers are employees of the government. In that role, they have no right to affirm controversial moral beliefs, even if they believe that doing so will reduce the incidence of bullying. There are ways to curb bullying without affirming controversial, non-factual moral (or political assumptions). Schools must ensure that teachers not exploit their government-subsidized employment to engage in moral or political philosophizing.

To prevent the kind of ideological propagandizing in which homosexual activists and their allies seek to engage in the classroom, policy must explicitly prohibit teachers from expressing their personal views on controversial issues. In addition, policy must be written that requires teachers who teach resources that embody or espouse one set of views on controversial topics, they must spend equal time studying resources written by scholars who espouse competing views. This is particularly important in English, theater, and social studies classes.

THE PARABLE OF THE $100 BILL

It's a slow day in the small town of Pumphandle and the streets are deserted. Times are tough, everybody is in debt, and everybody is living on credit.

A tourist visiting the area drives through town, stops at the motel, and lays a $100 bill on the desk saying he wants to inspect the rooms upstairs to pick one for the night.

As soon as he walks upstairs, the motel owner grabs the bill and runs next door to pay his debt to the butcher.

(Stay with this.....and pay attention)

The butcher takes the $100 and runs down the street to retire his debt to the pig farmer.

The pig farmer takes the $100 and heads off to pay his bill to his supplier, the Co-op.

The guy at the Co-op takes the $100 and runs to pay his debt to the local prostitute, who has also been facing hard times and has had to offer her "services" on credit.

The hooker rushes to the hotel and pays off her room bill with the hotel Owner.

The hotel proprietor then places the $100 back on the counter so the traveler will not suspect anything.

At that moment the traveler comes down the stairs, states that the rooms are not satisfactory, picks up the $100 bill and leaves.

No one produced anything. No one earned anything. However, the whole town now thinks that they are out of debt and there is a false atmosphere of optimism and glee.

And that is how a "stimulus package" works!

Most of us Patriots want to believe once Judge Malihi makes a decision based upon the rule of law that Obama is no longer eligible to be on the Georgia State Ballot. Once he does this, it will be THE END of it; period. This will NOT be the end of it and here is why. In 2008, a Pennsylvania Judge ruled Obama to be removed from the Presidential Ballot and the DNC refused to oblige the judge’s order. Do we really believe the Democrats will follow the “Rule of Law?” Did they oblige to the law when Judge Malihi called the Court in Session in January to hear arguments and merits of this case? Florida Rep. Allen West thinks the "numbers might have been cooked," and he's just not talking about the so-called seasonal adjustment. As noted in The Hill, West said, "Can someone tell me how employment in the black community has improved at a rate three times the national average in just a few months?"

So there's a look at labor statistics from a different perspective. It's kind of like when politicians talk about cutting the budget, but what they really mean is that it's not increasing as much as originally expected. It's not a cut... it's still getting bigger. I guess that's how unemployment figures work as well.

Dear President Obama,

I am deeply disappointed at your recent failure to protect religious liberty in the context of the HHS preventive care mandate. As Americans we are used to having political and religious disagreements. But we should all be able to agree that the government should not force religious people and institutions to provide drugs and services that violate their faith.

The recent statement from HHS that it will give religious objectors one extra year to change their religious views added insult to injury. It is as if you are saying to religious people "We respect your religious views so much that we'll give you one extra year to abandon them." Religious principles have no expiration date. True protection for religious liberty--the kind required by the Constitution you swore to uphold and the federal laws you are obliged to enforce--requires a broad religious exemption, one that protects any person or institution from being forced to provide services in violation of sincerely held religious beliefs.

Please reconsider your administration's actions and order HHS to provide the kind of broad protection for religious liberty that our laws require. Doing so would honor the sacrifices of those who fought and died to give us our freedoms. A June review by the newspaper found nine Facebook users in Milwaukee and about 70 altogether nationwide who posted on Facebook seeking to either buy or sell food assistance benefits illegally or help others do so. In April, the newspaper also reported that nearly 2,000 FoodShare recipients claimed they lost their card six or more times in 2010 and requested replacements - a sign that investigators said could indicate fraud.

But the report also noted 334 cases last year where a FoodShare debit card was used to make a purchase in Wisconsin on the same day that the card's account number was used to make a purchase in another state that doesn't border Wisconsin. Those transactions accounted for $23,600.
FoodShare accounts are supposed to provide help only to a family or group living together, not to groups of people divided among different states.

Auditors also found 731 cases of FoodShare recipients who live outside Wisconsin. Some recipients don't appear to have been state residents at the time they applied and some received benefits in multiple states, the report found.

Though the suspicious out-of-state cases represented only a small share of the overall FoodShare cases, they weren't the only area of problems that were detected. Fraud in the program also has turned up among Milwaukee County workers, inmates in the Milwaukee County Jail and a backlog of suspicious county cases that were investigated by a private detective agency running a new pilot project.

Demet's name was first discovered by Tea Party activist Ken Brown. "We've been hearing stories for months about this Steve, where people say 'I signed 80 times' or 'I signed up Vickie McKenna or Mark Belling's name,'" said Brown.

In this case -- there appears to be a family connection. Jeff Demet's forged name appears on a petition apparently circulated by his brother, Mark.

TODAY'S TMJ4 stopped by his house Thursday night looking for some answers and after meeting his mother, Mary -- was left with even more questions.

Mary Demet also says a recall petition has her name on it, yet she didn't sign it.

TODAY'S TMJ4 hasn't heard back from Mark Demet. But he may soon be hearing from the Racine County Sheriff's Office. It has launched an investigation into the forged signatures.

FLORIDA OBAMA BALLOT CHALLENGE. WILL YOU HELP?
Dear Fellow Patriot,

On January 26, Barack Obama was subpoenaed to bring his various personal identification documents before Georgia Judge Michael Malihi, in an attempt to settle the ongoing controversy over his American citizenship status. This was to either prove – or disprove – his eligibility to be returned to the Georgia ballot in 2012. Neither Obama nor his lawyers showed, because they have no defense. They showed nothing but contempt for Judge Malihi’s court, the U.S. Constitution, and the voters of Georgia and the nation.

Several other states are also working on this. Among many other bits of evidence, Barack Obama is not a natural born American Citizen. According to the U.S. Constitution, and the subsequent clarification specified in the Supreme Court case ‘Minor v. Happersett (1875)’, a natural born American Citizen can only be the child of two American Citizen parents. By his own admission, Barack Obama’s father was a British subject from British Colonial Kenya at the time of Obama’s birth. That Barack Obama is an American Citizen is not the dispute. However, he is not, never was, and can never be qualified for the Presidency, according to the United States Constitution, because he is not a natural born American Citizen. It’s that simple.

The founders had no small reason for putting the natural born citizen clause in the Constitution. In a letter to George Washington, John Jay wrote : ….”a strong check to the admission of foreigners into the administration of our national government…it makes sense that the natural-born citizen clause was designed to guarantee a singular allegiance to this nation. Anything less would not be a very strong check at all.” Hasn’t Barack Obama repeatedly demonstrated the wisdom in John Jay’s warning?

In researching the Laws of Florida, it has come to light that no state officials are charged with vetting national political party candidates. The Governor is notified of each party’s nominee by the party chairman, and the governor then instructs the Secretary of State to place that party’s nominee on the Florida ballot, no questions asked.

This is inexcusably irresponsible state government, and the exact recipe for the current disaster stalking America.

Not only do state officials take an oath to uphold the Constitution, the voters of the state of Florida have a right to know that candidates for the highest offices in the land are who and what they claim to be, that they are indeed eligible for the offices they seek, and that if they are not qualified, the duly elected officers of the state will keep ineligible candidates off the state ballot.

But we needn’t repeat this mistake in 2012. Please join with us in a snail-mail and email blizzard to Governor Scott, House Speaker Dean Cannon, Senate President Mike Haridopolos, and Attorney General Pam Bondi, asking them to correct this egregious situation in time before the general election in November.

Write early. Write often. Write them all several times. Send a letter a day for thirty days!

Ask everyone you know to help!

If Obama is kept off the Florida ballot, he will be denied Florida’s 29 electoral votes.

That is 10% of what he needs for re-election. If Obama is found to have been ineligible to the Office of the Presidency, all he has wrought since taking office will be null and void, except for the astronomical debt he leaves.

If Obama is ruled ineligible to run in Florida, the democrat machine will be in great disarray, perhaps unable to recover before the election. Please commit yourself to this purpose.

Northwoods State Rep. Dan Meyer announced Friday evening he will not be seeking re-election to the State Assembly. The Eagle River Republican has represented the 34th Assembly District since 2000.

In a press released issued early Friday evening, Meyer said his 12 years of service have been "very rewarding and humbling, but that it's time to move on, I never wanted to be a career politician," Meyer added, "12 years seems like a good term limit to impose on myself."

Meyer said that a representative has an obligation to make decisions in the best interest of the state, but also to advocate on issues of specific interest to his or her district.

Malihi’s decision came without any evidence being presented by Obama or his lawyer after they refused to participate in the required hearing under a state law that mandates all candidates qualify for the office they seek.

The judge ignored plaintiffs’ urging that a request for a contempt citation be issued against Obama for refusing to appear as subpoenaed.

The decision can be reviewed by Secretary of State Brian Kemp, who earlier warned Obama and his attorney that to snub the Georgia court system would be at Obama’s “peril.”

Mark Hatfield, one of the attorneys who, along with Van Irion, focused on the issue of the definition of “natural born citizen,” said the judge ignored the issue of burden of proof.

“If Obama has the burden of proof, and failed to show up, clearly he didn’t carry the burden,” he told WND. “The judge here completely ignores that.”

He also noted it was highly unusual for a judge to reach into another state’s repository of court rulings to support his decision when the U.S. Supreme Court itself has made a determination.

Another attorney, Orly Taitz, represented several plaintiffs and brought in allegations of fake Social Security numbers and alternative names.

She said Malihi “makes absolutely no sense.”

Kathy Bray of Denham Resources, an unemployment agency, says that 1/4th of the people she talks to aren’t really looking for jobs, and frequently turn down job offers.

If the congressional appropriations (spending) process is not completed by that date, congressional pay ceases as of October 1, and isn't restored until appropriations are completed. This is the only No Labels solution that requires a new law, which could be passed in 2012, and would take effect when the new Congress is seated in 2013.

This proposal requires a new law to be passed by the House and Senate.

Over one hundred Catholic bishops and institutions across the nation, including Illinois, has issued statements denouncing the Obama administration’s national requirement to include contraception in employees’ health benefits. Bishop Thomas G. Doran of the Rockford Diocese issued a strongly worded statement urging parishes to stand up against what he calls an assault on religious liberty.

“The federal government, which claims to be ‘of, by and for the people,’ has just dealt a heavy blow to at least a quarter of those people — the Catholic population — and the millions more who are served by the Catholic faithful,” reads the letter, which is signed by Bishop Doran.

The Affordable Care Act mandates faith-based employers offer employees’ health coverage that includes sterilization, abortion-inducing drugs and contraception. Bishops across the nation are asking Catholics to voice their opposition by contacting Congress to support legislation that would reverse the Obama Administrations health care reform law.

“We cannot — we will not — comply with this unjust law,” the statement said.

“This is flat wrong on so many levels,” said Rayburn. “It is about time to stand up to Obama. He threw the Jews under the bus and now he has thrown the Catholics under the bus. Abortion is oppressive because it is a mechanism that allows men to be free of responsibility; they now have an easy out when a woman becomes pregnant. The problem is that it is only easy for the man; he simply must come up with the money and his part is over. The woman however is the one who must walk into that clinic and undergo a violent and invasive procedure as her pre-born child is dismembered and torn from her body.

It is a so-called “choice” that lies to women and tells them their own child is nothing more than an inconvenience and a parasite. Pregnancy is not a sickness or condition that needs to be fixed, it is the state of being with child. When a woman is pregnant she is not pregnant with a “potential human being”, she is pregnant with an actual human being in the earliest stages of that human’s development cycle.

Abortion enslaves women to a world where men can dominate and control them so the man can be free. It is sad that men have been able to turn the argument around and make women think it is about their freedom when it is about men not having to be men and raise and support their child. Men scare women into thinking abortion is their only option and as a man I am disgusted by the oppression other men have put on them by pushing women to kill their own children.

I have sat outside abortion clinics for over 20 years watching men as they push women in the doors, ignoring the tears and obvious distress. Others will drop them off in front of the clinic and proceed then park on the street eating fast food, smoking and talking on the phone while the woman is alone inside the abortion clinic. I have watched fathers take their own daughters and granddaughters into the abortion clinic because they are more concerned about perceived shame than the life of their own grandchild.

Abortion is does not affirm women, it reduces their pregnancy to a disease that needs a cure. Abortion does not free women; it holds them in bondage to a society that teaches women that killing their child is a form of love and mercy.

It is understood that our government controlled public schools and higher education system has done everything possible to dumb down America and make sure only a limited number of people have any meaningful understanding of a republican form of government. Toward that objective they have been very successful and today we have the most politically ignorant society in more than two centuries of America. With less than a full year of government being taught in twelve years of public education, not much is absorbed by young student brains.

The Founders strongly believed that any political process should be about identifying the common good in a process where both politicians and voters calmly sorted out what best served the entire community or country. The forming of factions within such a body of individuals was seen as not only disruptive, but detrimental to the establishment of good governance.

If there was ever a time in our country when the Founding Fathers were proven to be right on target, that time is now. There is not a single candidate on any side of the political spectrum who can display an unbiased approach to governing the nation.

The man who served on our first committee to detect and defeat conspiracies was John Jay. He could well have been thinking of something such as Obamacare when he wrote, “No power on earth has the right to take our property without our consent.” The author of our Bill of Rights, James Madison warned, “The truth is…that all men having power ought to be mistrusted.”

Here's some news that federal bureaucrats in Washington -- and indeed around the country -- don't want to hear: According to a Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report released this week, federal workers are paid higher than their private-sector counterparts.

The federal pay system unnecessarily inflates federal pay. My research shows that, on average, federal employees earn hourly wages 22 percent higher than otherwise comparable private-sector workers. Numerous studies by researchers whose personal views span the political spectrum come to similar conclusions.

Federal employees also receive premium benefits. They receive both a defined-benefit and defined-contribution pension plan, can retire with full benefits at 56, and receive significantly more paid leave than their private-sector counterparts. Accounting for the value of these benefits raises the federal compensation premium to between 30 percent and 40 percent above similar private-sector workers. All told, the federal compensation premium will cost taxpayers $47 billion this year.

An administrative law judge in Georgia could decide as early as this week whether voters in the state convinced him Barack Obama’s name should be removed from the 2012 presidential ballot because he is not qualified to hold the office.

The Georgia hearing was before Judge Michael Malihi, and while none of the lawyers who appeared in the proceedings was willing to predict what the decision will be, several did confirm that Malihi had considered simply granting them a default victory, because Obama and his lawyers expressly stated they would not participate in a hearing to provide evidence that he is qualified to be on the ballot.

Whatever the outcome in Georgia, the issue is gaining traction in other states, too, including Alabama, Tennessee, Arizona, New Hampshire, and even Illinois, Obama’s home political base.

“A candidate that is not legally qualified to be on the ballot, such as Barack Obama, steals votes from other candidates who are legally on the ballot,” the site advises.

The newest round of court actions do not try to have a judge determine Obama is not qualified for the Oval Office and remove him from it, they simply challenge his eligibility for the 2012 election.

“This complaint does not request any injunction against any state or federal government official. Instead this complaint asserts that the private entity, Defendant Democratic Party, intends to act negligently or fraudulently in a manner that will cause irreparable harm to the plaintiffs, to the states, and to the citizens of the United States,” said one of the filings.

It continued, “Because Mr. Obama has admitted that his father was not a

U.S.

citizen, and because this fact has been confirmed by the U.S. State Department, any reasonable person with knowledge of these facts would doubt Mr. Obama’s constitutional qualifications. Therefore, any representation by the Democratic Party certifying said qualifications would be negligent, absent further evidence verifying Mr. Obama’s natural-born status.

He said if the cases succeed, the Democrats would not be able to list Obama as their candidate for 2012.

Now, the Government Accountability Board, or GAB, which oversees state elections and campaigns, is reportedly holding off posting the reported 1 million signatures on petitions seeking to recall Gov. Scott Walker due to privacy concerns.

GAB spokesman Reid Magney told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel on Monday evening the board was holding off on posting the names online after hearing concerns about a stalking victim and others who did not want their names released.

The GAB’s move is unprecedented in unprecedented political times in a divided Badger State.

In the past, the accountability board has treated recall petitions as public records, just as it has the routine nomination petitions that candidates must submit to get on the ballot.

Making both types of petitions available has allowed the general public to verify that enough proper signatures were gathered.

On Monday, the board heard from people who did not want their information disclosed for privacy reasons, which led the board to take more time to consider the issue, Magney said.

Bill Lueders, president of the Wisconsin Freedom of Information Council, said that the petitions should be public and that he expected that they would be made public either by the accountability board or an outside group.

Lueders said signing a recall petition was a public act like signing a nomination signature for a candidate, not a private act such as voting.

"You can't sign a petition to recall an elected public official in secret," Lueders said.

This state-as-god mentality is why socialists willingly submit to centralized government control of not just the economy, but all aspects of their lives—what they should believe, how they should live, and what they should think. Hence, socialism resembles religion in that it is based on faith—but not in God. Socialists have faith in the providence of the state. Adherents of socialism are willingly to give up their liberty and freedom for the security they think an all-powerful nanny state can provide them. It’s a bad bargain. Invariably, socialism robs individuals of their freedom and liberty without providing the security they seek. But socialists are nothing if not faithful. Faith is why they cling so stubbornly to their misguided worldview in spite of socialism’s consistent record of failure. Liberals like president Obama believe socialism can work simply because they want it to.

Socialism is a bad idea in a world where the ability to compete in the global arena is so large a factor in determining a nation’s quality of life.

“According to a recent study by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the average working American spends 1,976 hours a year on the job. The average German works just 1,535—22 percent less. The Dutch and Norwegians put in even fewer hours. Even the British do 10 percent less work than their trans-Atlantic cousins. As revealing as they are, these figures actually understate the extent of European idleness because a larger proportion of Americans work than do their counterparts in Europe. Unemployment rates in most Northern European countries are also markedly higher than those in the United States. Then there are the strikes.

While Europeans are idle, workers in Japan, China, India, and Korea are producing.

Wouldn’t it be nice if we lived in fantasyland where healthcare and all other necessities are free? But that is the problem. With the exception of the liberals among us, Americans don’t live in fantasyland. Where we live, nothing is free.

What emotional liberals conveniently gloss over is that in its own imperfect way, the free-market system results in better healthcare for the poor, the wealthy, and those in the middle—just as it results in better cars, homes, food, and everything else needed by human beings. This is because the free market provides incentives to be productive while socialism provides no such incentives—in fact just the opposite.

On the most fundamental level, the free-market system gives people the incentive to improve themselves economically so they and their families can enjoy better healthcare, homes, cars, food, and all of the other human necessities. Socialism, on the other hand, provides no such incentives. Why should people work long, hard, and smart to improve their economic circumstances when the government will take their hard-earned money from them and give it to an unproductive person regardless of that person’s sloth, lack of effort, or ineptitude, and all in the name of fairness and redistribution of wealth?

“If the judge issues a default and rules that Barack Obama will not be on the Georgia ballot, and if the secretary of state upholds that, then Mr. Obama, having told the court to essentially stick it in their ear, he wasn’t going to participate, wasn’t going to recognize their power – he’s going to have a tough time convincing some other court to overturn the ruling, because he waived his right to object to it by not appearing,” he explained.

“That’s a big deal to judges. A judge may or may not agree with another judge’s ruling, but when one party waives their ability to object, judges are very reluctant to get involved, because the party has basically said, ‘We don’t care what you do, we’re not going to abide by it.’ Judges don’t like that. They don’t like to be blown off,” he said.

Kreep said the election outcome also could be decided because of Obama not being on a ballot in even one state. And he said there’s more to come.

“I can tell you from my own personal knowledge that there are challenges going on in other states. Van Irion has one in Arizona and one in Tennessee. We have one in Illinois that is has gone under the radar. We’re going to be filing similar challenges around the country. We’ll be filing one within a week and another right around the end of the month,” he said.

For all the rest, the dividend tax rate is 15 percent -- hence Romney's rate.

“Does this look like a behavior of an innocent person? An innocent person would have come to court and showed all the valid documents with the embossed seals, which are verifiable,” the statement said. “Instead he is acting like a 5-year-old brat, saying, ‘I am afraid of Orly, I want the secretary of state of GA to act like my mommy and protect me from Orly.’ Some leader of the free world.”

The hearings are being brought by citizens of Georgia under a state law that allows voters to challenge the eligibility of candidates on the state’s ballot. It is the states that run elections in

America

, and national elections are just a compilation of the results of the 50 state elections.

The schedule for the hearings was set by Judge Michael Malihi of the Georgia state Office of State Administrative Hearings. In Georgia, a state law requires “every candidate for federal” office who is certified by the state executive committees of a political party or who files a notice of candidacy “shall meet the constitutional and statutory qualifications for holding the office being sought.”

Zachary Edwards, who served as President Obama's Iowa "New Media Director," and a campaign organizer in critical battleground states such as North Carolina and New Mexico during 2008's elections, apparently has quite a range of uses to the Democratic Party.

One of those uses may include identity theft.

The 29-year-old's arrest in Des Moines, Iowa, on Friday, for attempting to steal the identity of Matt Schultz, Iowa's Republican secretary of state, points to dirty tricks as a potential element of the Democratic agenda for 2012. The big question is how far up it goes.

Stealing an election by toppling a secretary of state is fundamentally anti-democratic. A full investigation by a special prosecutor is in order.

If evidence is found of a conspiracy to defraud democracy, someone should go to jail for this, and we aren't just talking about Edwards.

The primary purpose of unions today is to fund the Democratic Party. The secondary purpose of unions today is to provide manpower for Democratic Party campaigns and causes. The third purpose is the facilitation of Democratic Party political philosophies in the workplace.

People today value their jobs more than ever. We need work. More importantly, Americans want to provide their personal talents as valued by the customer through a company that they are proud to work for. The whole collective bargaining concept fails to recognize exceptional efforts, gifted craftsmanship, and individual worth.

It is time that public employees advanced beyond the monopolistic group-think of 1866. Perhaps a good model to replace the obsolescence of unions would be the American Bar Association. Rather than bullying their employers and customers, I assert that educators should stand up a professional organization that would create an expectation of providing the student’s parents with world class preparation for capitalist success in their students - and dispense with the collective bargaining.

Unionization, in the old sense, is embarrassingly passé. And it is a conflict of interest for public employee unions to fund the politicians who reward them.

An influential Minuteman PAC is weighing in on the argument over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, with a call for concerned citizens across the country to flood their state secretaries of state offices with requests that Obama be removed from the 2012 ballot.

“Barack Hussein Obama now considers himself above and beyond the ‘little people,’ i.e. you and me,” the group wrote. “After all, we’re only here to do his bidding while he transforms America into an open-borders socialist state.”

The group said the issue shouldn’t be complicated: The Constitution includes a very clear requirement for presidents, and “by his own admission that his father was a Kenyan native and a British subject, Barack Hussein Obama already does not meet the constitutional standard of ‘natural born citizen’ that was established by the 1875 unanimous Supreme Court ruling Minor v. Happersett.”

“Defendant’s motion suggests that no president should be compelled to attend a court hearing. This may be correct. But defendant has failed to enlighten the court with any legal authority,” the judge continued.

“Specifically, defendant has failed to cite to any legal authority evidencing why his attendance is ‘unreasonable or oppressive, or that the testimony … [is] irrelevant, immaterial, or cumulative and unnecessary to a party’s preparation or presentation at the hearing, or that basic fairness dictates that the subpoena should not be enforced.’”

You absolutely must see this video. It is taken from a British series where a guy called Gareth Malone takes a group of people and turns them into a choir. This time he's taken a group of military wives whose husbands are all away in Afghanistan and turned them into a choir. Gareth looks about 16yrs old but is actually in his mid-30s and a Choir master for the London Symphony Orchestra, among other things. They wrote a song based on excerpts from letters written by the couples whilst apart and this is the beautiful result!

The Phoenix Center for Advanced Legal & Economic Public Policy Studies found that each regulator on the federal payroll destroys 98 private sector jobs and $6.2 million in gross domestic product.

In February 2011, President Obama proposed a totally unserious budget for the federal government. Instead of tightening Washington’s belt, the President proposed to continue growing federal spending faster than the economy (with spending rising to 24.2 percent of GDP by 2021, far above the 40-year historical average of 20.8 percent) and to add $9.5 trillion to the national debt. This is on top of the $15 trillion in existing debt, which already costs over $200 billion per year just in interest payments! As president Obama proposed and passed at least 21 tax hikes. These included a 156 percent increase in the federal cigarette tax, within only 16 days of his administration, a tax that disproportionately affects middle-income Americans.

Plans are not able to raise co-insurance rates, increase co-payments by more than $5, change employer-paid portions, or drop coverage for specific diseases; restrictions that are not present within the language of the bill.

According to a McKinsey survey of more than 1,300 employers, 30 percent anticipate dropping coverage. Additionally, the President’s own Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services reported that 14 million Americans would lose employer-sponsored coverage.

She told WND, “I think this is an important movement forward. It’s just the next place that we have to go and I’m just grateful to Created Equal for the video. Some people aren’t going to like it, but it’s the truth and everybody needs to see it – you don’t forget when you see the product of an actual abortion and it changes hearts. The normal complaint is going be about kids seeing it. But in the end, I’d rather have kids see these photos than be in one of these photos.”

“Knowing that people aren’t buying lies anymore is the kind of thing that ‘Created Equal’ brings to light,” Simmons told WND. “Thank God for videos like this because people need to be educated so that things like abortion should never happen. We have sayings of righteousness and justice written in our courtrooms, but where’s the justice for the unborn? The world is following pro-life activism in America.
