Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011 [sic] - Amends the federal criminal code to revise the prohibition against entering restricted federal buildings or grounds to impose criminal penalties on anyone who knowingly enters any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority. Defines "restricted buildings or grounds" as a posted, cordoned off, or otherwise restricted area of:

(1) the White House or its grounds or the Vice President's official residence or its grounds,

(2) a building or grounds where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting, or

(3) a building or grounds so restricted due to a special event of national significance.

For the past five years, every dawn has brought additional evidence of the fact that Planned Parenthood and its allies in the abortion industry cannot be trusted to tell the truth about the one thing they should know well – abortion. Just over five years ago, on April 18, 2007, the Supreme Court announced its opinion in Gonzales v. Carhart, holding that the federal Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act was constitutional. Since then, we have lived in a world where partial-birth abortions have been illegal in the United States under federal law (and now many state laws).

Congress’s judgment was buttressed by a statement from the American Medical Association that partial-birth abortion was “not medically indicated.” Indeed, the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists also agreed that partial-birth abortion was virtually never (if ever) necessary before then Solicitor General Kagan intervened to prevent what she called “a disaster” and proposed alternative language for ACOG in its written testimony to Congress.

Over five years later, Justice Ginsburg and the nation still wait. Although women’s health was allegedly immediately harmed by the decision, we have not yet seen an as-applied challenge on behalf of one of these women, nor have we seen even one documented story of a woman whose health was impacted by the unavailability of a partial-birth abortion. If we accept Guttmacher’s figure of approximately 2,200 partial-birth abortions per year, then the decision in Gonzales – upholding the law and lifting the injunction against it – has prevented 11,000 partial-birth abortions from occurring.

A pro-life attorney makes the case in a new opinion column that one of the main goals of the Obama administration’s push for Obamacare was promoting abortion. Anna Franzonello of Americans United for Life makes the case that this is seen in the recent mandate the Obama administration put into place — a mandate that requires religious employers to pay for drugs like ella, that clearly causes abortions, for their employees.

The IOM recommendation, opposed by pro-life groups, called for the Obama administration to require insurance programs to include birth control — such as the morning after pill or the ella drug that causes an abortion days after conception — in the section of drugs and services insurance plans must cover under “preventative care.” The companies will likely pass the added costs on to consumers, requiring them to pay for birth control and, in some instances, drug-induced abortions of unborn children in their earliest days.

The Health and Human Services Department commissioned the report from the Institute, which advises the federal government and shut out pro-life groups in meetings leading up to the recommendations.

As was the case both times, pro-life groups were left off of the official roster of speakers and forced to issues comments during the public comment portion of the meeting just before it concluded.

In the latest instance, the historic city of Williamsburg, Virginia is seriously considering stripping Americans of their First Amendment right to the freedom of speech.

The restricted areas would include

and all historical areas within the city. Technically, they could declare the entire city to be an historical site and thus ban all free speech within city limits.  “This is just another example as to how the local governing officials are trying to silence unpopular and controversial speech.”

In his speech at Florida Atlantic University last Tuesday, the president discussed what he called "the defining issue of our time" -- namely, that America is not fair.
We suffer today, he says, from "a shrinking number of people who are doing really, really well, but a growing number who are struggling to get by." We are not a nation (the president never tells us if we ever were) where "everybody gets a fair shot and everybody does a fair share, and everybody plays by the same set of rules."

But if America is unfair today, it is because politicians and government have the power to do exactly what it is that Mr. Obama wants to do -- seize control of the wealth of some and redistribute it to whomever they choose. The Bible that I read every day calls this theft.
But is our economy underperforming because some have more than others, or because some succeed more than others?

. . . in 2009 the top 5 percent of income earners paid almost 60 percent of the funds raised by the federal income tax and the bottom 50 percent paid about 2 percent.

In the president's remarks in Florida, he defined fairness as everybody playing by "the same set of rules." Not only are the tax rules not fair by the president's definition, but in the name of alleged fairness he wants to make them even more unfair.

READER COMMENT:  Fairness is when everyone pays the same rate and the same freight and NOBODY is discriminated against for either success or failure. Fairness is not taking the honest bread from the mouths of one man’s family to feed another’s who refuses to pull his share of the freight. Of course then Obama and the socialists would lose all of their funding and Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton as well as the Clintons and all others who divide us into socio-economic sub-classes to feed off of.

America’s dream of equality has been turned by the reality of Obama into a socio-economic Obamanite Paternal nightmare, where it has finally been proved that all men and all races can degenerate into the lowest common denominator of dishonestly and manipulation when given the reins of power over people to do good with promises unfulfilled. The United States is one of the only countries to tax its citizens on income earned while they’re living abroad. . . . estimated 6.3 million U.S. citizens living abroad brace for what they describe as an even tougher process of reporting their income and foreign accounts to the IRS.

The National Taxpayer Advocate’s Office, part of the IRS, released a report . . . It cites heavy paperwork, a lack of online filing options and a dearth of local and foreign-language resources.

For those wishing to legally escape the filing requirements, the only way is to formally renounce their U.S. citizenship.

But those of more modest means renounce, too. They say leaving America is about more than money; it's about privacy and red tape.  . . . AMERICAN CITIZENSHIP HAD BECOME MORE OF A LIABILITY THAN A PRIVILEGE.

"The foreign banks are upset enough about the regulations that they're saying they just won't keep American customers, and it's giving (Americans living abroad) a lot of sleepless nights."

"The complexity of international tax law, combined with the administrative burden placed on these taxpayers, creates an environment where taxpayers who are trying their best to comply simply cannot," the report reads. "For some, this means paying more U.S. tax than is legally required, while others may be subject to steep civil and criminal penalties. For some U.S. taxpayers abroad, the tax requirements are so confusing and the compliance burden so great that they give up their U.S. citizenship."

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke declared this week that too much borrowing and spending will eventually destroy the nation’s economy. Of course, a number of others have made similar assertions all along, but coming from the Federal Reserve chairman, who has seemingly attempted to mislead the public on the state of the economy, it is a surprising declaration.

Appearing before the Senate Budget Committee, Chairman Bernanke said:

Sustained high rates of government borrowing would both drain funds away from private investment and increase our debt to foreigners, with adverse long-run effects on U.S. output, incomes, and standards of living. Moreover, diminishing investor confidence that deficits will be brought under control would ultimately lead to sharply rising interest rates on government debt and, potentially, to broader financial turmoil. In a vicious circle, high and rising interest rates would cause debt-service payments on the federal debt to grow even faster, resulting in further increases in the debt-to-GDP ratio and making fiscal adjustment all the more difficult.

What Bernanke carefully failed to mention is that a good portion of that debt is owed to the Federal Reserve. CNBC reported in February:

That’s right, the biggest single holder of U.S. government debt is inside the United States and includes the Federal Reserve system and other intragovernmental holdings. Of this number, The Fed’s system of banks owns approximately $1.65 trillion in U.S. Treasury securities (as of January 2012), while other U.S. intragovernmental holdings — which include large funds such as the Medicare Trust Fund and the Social Security Trust Fund — hold the rest.

A broad coalition of pro-family groups recommends that students stay away from school on Friday, April 20, 2012, the national “Day of Silence,” if the school is officially recognizing and/or allowing students and teachers to observe this event during instructional time by a silent protest. High schools and even some middle schools are now the targets of this event.

The Day of Silence is supposedly led by students, but actually led by the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN), which describes itself as “championing LGBT issues in K-12 education since 1990.” Did you catch that– “K through 12”? Younger and younger students are the target of this group. The younger, the better because they are easier to manipulate.

The Day of Silence goal is not, as I am told frequently by outraged emails from misinformed students, to help end all bullying. The goal is to exploit the tender sympathies of kids to promote approval of homosexuality and gender confusion. The agenda is everything; Judeo-Christian morality is the enemy; and sadly, kids are the tools.

Sun Tzu said, “If you know neither yourself nor the enemy you will succumb in every battle.” And this appears to be where we are today in America. We have lost our sense of identity and we are ignorant of Marxism, thinking it died with the fall of the Berlin Wall. Nothing really changed at that time. It was really the fall of the wall that caused us to relax and ignore the path of Marxists revolutionaries.

Before, and especially, after the Wall fell, Marxists, in large numbers, migrated to or infiltrated the environmental movement, college professorships, the media, and other extreme leftist organizations. This is where they survive and thrive today. Through environmental efforts alone they can potentially capture us, control us, and even destroy us without firing a shot. It is a brilliant strategy.

To date, upwards of two-hundred million men, women, and children have been exterminated by the hands of Marxists. And, we think it can’t happen here. Oh yes it can. In fact, I think there is a good chance it will.

From a Marxist’s worldview we must never forget if something advances the cause of Marxism then it is acceptable, good and moral. If that means torturing or killing people, then these too are perfectly acceptable.

We have to change the way we think about our country. America is no longer a Christian nation. America is no longer good. America has no problem calling good evil and evil good (Isaiah 5). Biblical right and wrong are alien concepts to us especially to our leaders.

In today’s America, abortion is good. Homosexuality is good. Socialism is good. High taxes are good. Removing God from everything is good. And, the father-state is good.

At the same time, free enterprise is bad. Competition is bad. Rich people are bad. Keeping the money you earn is bad. Traditional marriage is bad. Absolutes are bad. And, Christianity is bad. This is a complete reversal of society’s norms as recently as we knew them in the 1950s. As a biblical worldview fades from view, tyranny usually comes into focus soon after.

GOOD FRIDAY, THEN THE RESURRECTION ON EASTER

THE SCIENTIFIC DEATH OF JESUS, THEN THE RESURRECTION

At the  age of 33, Jesus was condemned to the death penalty.

At the time crucifixion was the "worst" death. Only the worst criminals condemned to be crucified. Yet it was even more dreadful for Jesus, for unlike other criminals condemned to death by crucifixion, Jesus was nailed to the cross by His hands and feet, rather than tied...

Each nail was 6 to 8 inches long.

The nails were driven into His wrist. Not into His palms as is commonly Portrayed. There's a tendon in the wrist that Extends to the shoulder. The Roman guards knew That when the nails were being hammered into the Wrist, that tendon would tear and Break, forcing Jesus to use His back Muscles to support himself, so that He could breathe.

Both of His feet Were nailed together. Thus He was forced to support Himself on the single nail that Impaled His feet to the cross. Jesus could Not support himself with His legs for long because of the pain, so He was forced to alternate between arching His Back and using his legs just to continue to Breath. Imagine the struggle, the pain, the Suffering, the courage. Jesus endured this  Reality for over 3 hours.

Yes, Over 3 hours! Can you imagine this kind of Suffering? A few minutes before He died, Jesus stopped bleeding. He was simply pouring water From his wounds.

From common images we see wounds to His hands and feet and even the spear wound to His side...

But do we remember the many wounds Made to his body. A hammer  Driving large nails through the wrists, the feet overlapped  And a nail hammered through the arches, then a  Roman guard piercing His side with a spear. And...  Before the nails and the spear, Jesus was whipped and  beaten.  The whipping was so severe that it tore the Flesh from His body. The beating so horrific that His  Face was torn and his beard ripped from His face. The Crown of thorns (two to three inch thorns) cut deeply into His scalp. Most men Would not have survived this torture.

He had no more blood to bleed out, only water poured from His Wounds.  The Human adult body contains about 3.5 liters (just less than a gallon) of blood.  Jesus poured all 3.5 liters of his blood; He had three nails hammered into His members; a crown of thorns on His head and, beyond that, a Roman soldier who stabbed a spear into His Chest..

All  these without mentioning the humiliation He passed after carrying His own Cross for almost two kilometers, while the crowd  spat in his Face and threw stones (the cross beam was almost 30 kg of weight, to which His hands were nailed).

Jesus had to endure this experience, so that you may have free access to God.

So that your sins can be "washed" away. All  of them, with no exception! 

JESUS CHRIST DIED...FOR YOU!

Do not believe that He only died for others (those who go to church or for pastors, bishops, etc).

He died for you!

But when it comes to God, accept the reality, the truth, that JESUS IS THE ONLY SALVATION FOR THE WORLD.

God has special plans for YOU!

Really think about what He went through to save you.

In his attempt to explode the myth that there is unlimited demand for U.S. government debt, former Treasury official Lawrence Goodman explained that there is high perceived demand because the Federal Reserve is doing most of the buying.

Wrote Goodman,

Last year the Fed purchased a stunning 61% of the total net Treasury issuance, up from negligible amounts prior to the 2008 financial crisis.

This not only creates the false impression of limitless demand for U.S. debt but also blunts any sense of urgency to reduce supersized budget deficits.

Foreign purchases of U.S. debt dropped to less than 2 percent  of GDP (Gross Domestic Product) from almost 6 percent just three years ago.

And private sector investors — banks, money market and bond mutual funds, individuals and corporations — have cut their buying way back as well, to less than 1 percent of GDP, down from 6 percent.

This serves to hide the fact that the government can’t find outside buyers willing to accept rates of return that are below the inflation rate (“negative interest”) given the precarious financial condition of the government.

IT ALSO HIDES THE IMPACT OF $1.3 TRILLION DEFICITS FROM THE PUBLIC WHO WOULD LIKELY GET MUCH MORE CONCERNED IF REAL, TRUE MARKET RATES OF INTEREST WERE BEING DEMANDED FOR PURCHASING U.S. DEBT, AS SUCH HIGHER RATES WOULD INCREASE THE DEFICIT EVEN FURTHER. FINALLY IT TAKES PRESSURE OFF CONGRESS TO “DO SOMETHING” BECAUSE THERE IS NO PUBLIC CLAMOR OVER THE MATTER, AT LEAST FOR THE MOMENT. 

At some point, reality will click in and investors, Congress, and taxpayers will discover they’ve run out of road.

Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign violated Democratic Party rules and engaged in improper and possibly illegal actions to steal the 2008 Democratic Party presidential nomination from Hillary Clinton, according to a worker for Hillary’s campaign.

Michele Thomas, a professional photographer in Hollywood, told WND in an exclusive interview that her resistance to the Obama campaign made her a target of intimidation.

Thomas’ charges were affirmed by a Hollywood producer who spoke to WND, Bettina Viviano, who claims that it was a common belief inside Hillary Clinton’s campaign that Obama was not eligible to be president and that she heard Bill Clinton say it in a telephone conference call.

“The Obama campaign people were stealing the caucuses – throwing away votes, intimidating people from entering the caucus locations,” she said. “It was very systematic. The Obama supporters got control over the caucus packages and they manipulated the vote.”

She said she was astounded that the media was not interested in covering the alleged abuses.

Howard Dean, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee at time, and then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi changed the rules in Obama’s favor as the primaries went on, Thomas said.

“The leadership of the Democratic Party were not going to let Hillary win the nomination; it didn’t matter what Democratic voters wanted,” she said.

Prior to the Democratic Convention, the people who led efforts to obtain the nomination for Hillary Clinton experienced fatal problems—one was shot dead; the other died of a brain aneurysm.

Thomas concluded that the leadership of the DNC organized a systematic way to “defraud the vote” at the convention.  “They did so in many ways,” she said.

Christians would be a large voting-block if a majority of them voted and voted consistently. Unfortunately, too many Christians are under the false belief that whatever the government is doing, they must support it because it is “ordained by God.” Here is an email I received from one such confused Christian. It’s typical of a lot of Christian thinking today:

God does not need Christians to take over governments in order for Him to rule on earth. On the contrary, God says the governments are ordained by Him, and it is our duty to pray for those in authority, not scheme to take over.

1. If there are problems in a particular family or church, shouldn’t we be about fixing the problems? Civil governments don’t get a pass when they do bad things.

2. Speaking out when an elected official violates his oath of office or working to remove a . overnment official from office is not “scheming to take over” government; it’s the way God ordained governments to work, at least here in the United States!

3. It’s the duty of citizens to insure that civil governments stay within their jurisdictional boundaries. This is exactly what the apostle Paul did when he questioned the authority of a civil official regarding his rights as a Roman citizen (Acts 22:23–30) and later appealed to Caesar (25:11).

READER COMMENT:  Emails such as the one from TD marks the same kind of people who would rather pray for people to come to know Christ, rather than actually do what is commanded at to preach the gospel.  Yes, we are to submit to government, but when the government provides the people the opportunity to be involved in what direction the country moves, Christians should take that opportunity... I would go as far as to say it is their duty.  The reason?  Because morality & truth are never optional in our lives, and are never off limits just because it is a secular government.  Look at Hananiah, Azariah, and Mishael.  Did they submit?  No.  And rightly so.  But they also had no choice.  We do.  Get out and vote people!
