Gay activists are successfully getting laws passed in cities around the country that discriminate against Christians.  The laws are called nondiscrimination laws by the LGBT activists pushing through one city council after another.  So far, over 180 cities have passed these so-called nondiscrimination ordinances.

In essence the laws provide special protection to LGBT individuals while at the same time; they place huge restrictions on the religious rights of Christians.  For instance, the San Antonio city council voted 8-3 to pass their ordinance that bans any form of discrimination based upon sexual orientation or gender identity. 

Their ban went so far as to forbid anyone who does not openly accept or support gay rights from conducting any business with the city.  Violating the ordinance is a Class C misdemeanor that could result in a fine of up to $500 per day.

Today, we find nearly 200 cities with nondiscriminatory ordinances.  By the end of the year the number will most likely be well over 200.  It wouldn’t surprise me to see a federal law passed sometime before the end of 2014 that discriminates against Christians and provides the special protection for gays.  If left unchecked, by the end of 2015 we could well see any public show of Christianity to be outlawed because it offends someone somewhere.  No one cares about offending Christians because we’re just lower class citizens anyway.

So far, redefiners have enjoyed the benefit of seeming like they’re the ones who want only to live and let live, with conservatives pegged as the ones using government to cast judgment on gay Americans’ private lives. It’s a massive caricature, but an effective one that appeals to many people’s intuitions when it’s all they hear on the subject.

But this latest wave of persecution—fines, coercion, intimidation, blacklisting, even possible jail time—turns that completely on its head. Suddenly, the redefiners have assumed the role of the tyrants who refuse to live and let live, and traditionalists are the ones facing not only oppression, but oppression of a kind far more literal and tangible than gay couples who can’t get marriage licenses but otherwise remain free to live and love each other however they wish.

The truth is, the Left was never going to be content with legal recognition for gay unions. Thought reconditioning via state power was always part of the plan.

So now that the plan’s latest step has been laid bare, let’s see how many well-intentioned Americans who thought they were merely being gay-friendly by siding with redefinition are willing to go along with it.

Let’s see how many Democrats are comfortable having it hung around their necks.

Let’s see if they’ve got a good explanation for why people should be relegated to second-class citizen status for opposing something their party has only supported for a year—for holding a belief President Obama claimed to share for the majority of his first term.

Let’s see if The One can square it with his belief that “our democracy might work a bit better if we recognized that all of us possess values that are worthy of respect,” as he expressed in The Audacity of Hope.

And let’s see how many voters are convinced by assurances that churches aren’t the Tolerance Inquisition’s next target.

At this juncture of human experience on planet Earth, the endgame seems clear. The forces of liberty and opportunity have been attacked, and are severely damaged. Not only are individualism and capitalism tarnished by bad players, they are being dismantled. Your individual rights, brought forth by Constitution and prior breakthroughs, are being lost. Your ability to have economic freedom is everyday being progressively limited and eroded.

This disintegration of human liberty is coming from both internal and external evils.

Among external evils, Islamism is proving itself again, in this modern age, to be an enemy of God. There is no use trying to defend a movement, a religion even, which is ready for a new Crusade. There is no use trying to justify or rationalize the “convert or die” mentality. It didn’t work in the Dark Ages and it doesn’t work now. Secondarily, or perhaps primarily also, communism is making a comeback. Or perhaps it never really died. And not only is it in China, Korea, Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central America. It is in the American university, the high school, the elementary school. It is in the psychiatrist’s office, the union workplace, and the media. It is even in the Congress, the Supreme Court, and the White House. Rather than destroy it, we have permitted collectivism to take over, and now it is entrenched. And it is determined to minimize your individualism, and turn your capitalism into participation.

All of this makes it very likely that we shall soon be heading for a major showdown. It is sizing up to be of Gog and Magog proportions. The players will be Islamism, Communism, Individualism, Corrupt Capitalism, and Hedonism. The outcome will determine who shall rule the planet. If passion is any determinant, Islamism has a huge advantage, but Individualism drives many. If technology is the decisive factor, it is a tossup between Corrupt Capitalism and Communism. Hedonism, both crime and unbound desire, is a wild card, playing to and for both sides of the field.

Liberty feels good until the moment you are in some way wronged. Then, you want protection from wrong, that is, you want Security.

Security is protection of your Life, Liberty, and Property from wrong. Security limits, even prohibits, the Liberty of those who would do such wrong. Security must therefore take sides, protecting one (Right) from another (Wrong). Security must protect Right Liberty from Wrong Liberty.

The Law of the Community originates from three elements, in various proportions.

The first element is Democracy, that is, Majority Rule, the Will of the People. Under a true Democracy, every Right Liberty and Wrong Liberty is decided by vote. Under a true Democracy, every citizen votes, the Majority wins, and the Minority must obey. Importantly, under a true Democracy, Law can be changed by a new vote of like kind.

The second element is Minority Rule. This might be a Monarchy, an Oligarchy, or a Military Dictatorship. Under Minority Rule, every Right Liberty and Wrong Liberty is decided by edict.

The third element is Theocracy. Theocracy distinguishes Right Liberty from Wrong Liberty through a preexisting Law of God. This Law of God is trusted for its intrinsic pedigree, longevity, and immutability. The political structure of Theocracy can be by Democracy or by Minority Rule.

Any Law of the Community is only as effective as it is uncorrupted. When Law of the Community is corrupted, Security does not protect Right Liberty. When Law of the Community is corrupted, Wrong Liberty is permitted, even encouraged.

The Constitution of the United States upholds this truth. The Constitution is a limitation of Oligarchy (Minority Rule) over the Majority. For the Constitution limits the power of the federal government over the people and the States. Furthermore, the Constitution permits the Majority to dissolve such Oligarchy if corrupted. The Constitution is thus actually a warning to the Majority, to be vigilant against treason!

Multiculturalism is therefore no utopia of coexistence. Multicultural coexistence is in fact impossible without superior force. This superior force is the Law which denies Majority Rule and Right Liberty.

America is at such a crossroads. Right Liberty of Majority Rule is no longer the norm. The Majority is overruled and caged by a corrupt Oligarchy. Multiculturalism is forced through Law of anti-discrimination. The Constitution is regularly violated, and the Law of God ignored.

d the truth is that we have reached a point in American history where we must act decisively. Right Liberty has been overthrown, and we are no longer a true Republic or Democracy. Rather, America is run by Hedonists, Communists, Sharia, Corruption, and Crime.

In the first article of this series, we identified the five major evils which are corroding America. In the second article, through political theory of Law, Torah was upheld as the American solution. Now, in this third article, the first specific platforms to the restoration of the Republic are offered.

House of Representatives

We begin with Government.

The number of Representatives is limited only by the Constitution. “The Number of Representatives shall not exceed one for every thirty Thousand” (AI.S2.P3). According to the 2010 Census, the population of the United States is 308,745,538. Thus, the maximum number of U.S. Representatives permitted today is 10,291.

If we are permitted 10,291 Representatives, why then do we have only 435? Because Congress has frozen that number since 1913! In fact, Congress made this rule into law in 1929! But any Congress can simply repeal that law. For “legislative entrenchment” is prohibited. In other words, nothing is stopping us from having up to 10,291 Representatives.

Over and over, social science data tends to confirm the Scriptures.

A new study verifies the truth revealed in Paul’s statement in the Bible that the LOVE OF MONEY is a root of all kinds of evil.

Paul didn’t say that money is the root of evil---although I’ve heard people misrepresent the Bible as supposedly saying that. Nor did he say it’s the lack of money that is the root of evil, although I’ve heard some people say that’s what it should say.

Yet I’ve known some poor people who were very greedy, and some rich who were not.

Well, a new study validates what the Bible said 2,000 years ago---not that it needs validation---that the love of money is indeed a corrupting influence.

Greed is not a matter of meeting basic needs. Greed involves breaking the Tenth Commandment: "You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, or his manservant or his maidservant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor."

GREED IS "THE DESIRE FOR MORE"---and more and more and more, and there is no end to it. Both the Bible and the social science research documents that the love of money corrupts

STUDENT'S FATHER 12 YEARS LATER !!
 
Guess our national leaders didn't expect this. On Thursday, Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton, Colorado, was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee. What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful.

They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness.. The following is a portion of the transcript:

"Since the dawn of creation there has been both good & evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers.

"The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used.. Neither was it the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain's heart.

"In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA - because I don't believe that they are responsible for my daughter's death.. Therefore I do not believe that they need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachel's murder I would be their strongest opponent

I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy -- it was a spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of the blame lies here in this room. Much of the blame lies behind the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves. I wrote a poem just four nights ago that expresses my feelings best.

Your laws ignore our deepest needs,
Your words are empty air.
You've stripped away our heritage,
You've outlawed simple prayer.
Now gunshots fill our classrooms,
And precious children die.
You seek for answers everywhere,
And ask the question "Why?"
You regulate restrictive laws,
Through legislative creed.
And yet you fail to understand,
That God is what we need!

"Men and women are three-part beings. We all consist of body, mind, and spirit.

When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our make-up, we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and wreak havoc. Spiritual presences were present within our educational systems for most of our nation's history. Many of our major colleges began as theological seminaries. This is a historical fact.

What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God, and in so doing, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine's tragedy occurs -- politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately seek to pass more restrictive laws that contribute to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive laws.

Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre.

The real villain lies within our own hearts.

"As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two friends murdered before his very eyes, he did not hesitate to pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! I challenge every young person in America, and around the world, to realize that on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School prayer was brought back to our schools. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vain.

Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your God-given right to communicate with Him. To those of you who would point your finger at the NRA -- I give to you a sincere challenge. Dare to examine your own heart before casting the first stone!

My daughter's death will not be in vain! The young people of this country will not allow that to happen!"

Rev. Louie Giglio was asked to give the benediction at President Obama’s inauguration as a result of his work to end human trafficking. But yesterday homosexual activists apoplectic over his invitation exposed Giglio’s dark secret, which led the White House to compel him to withdraw from participating in the inaugural ceremony.

And what was Giglio’s sin? His “sin” was preaching a sermon fifteen years ago that expressed theologically orthodox views of homosexuality (gasp).

Dr. Russell Moore, Dean of the School of Theology at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, addresses the serious constitutional issues that this inaugural dust-up reveals:

We don’t have a natural right to pray at anyone’s inauguration. But when one is pressured out from a previous invitation because he is too “toxic” for simply mentioning once something universal in the Christian faith, we ought to see what we’re looking at: A STATE CHURCH.

Obama’s unflappably cool demeanor and ”can’t we all just get along” rhetoric are exposed for the deceits they are by his relentless in-your-face assault on conservative values and religious liberty. He’s not liberal; he’s radical. And he’s not an irenic unifier; he’s a presumptuous and aggressive divider. He’s now using the ceremonial occasion of his inauguration, which should be a moment of national unity, to slap conservatives in the face—no, make that stomp on their faces with mud-encrusted jack boots.

 We're Christians, and we run our business on Christian principles. I've always said that the first two goals of our business are 1) to run our business in harmony with God's laws, and 2) to focus on people more than money. And that's what we've tried to do. We close early so our employees can see their families at night. We keep our stores closed on Sundays, one of the week's biggest shopping days, so that our workers and their families can enjoy a day of rest. We believe that it is by God's grace that Hobby Lobby has endured, and he has blessed us and our employees. We've not only added jobs in a weak economy, we've also raised wages for the past four years in a row. Our full-time employees start at 80% above minimum wage.

 Our government threatens to fine job creators in a bad economy. Our government threatens to fine a company that's raised wages four years running. Our government threatens to fine a family for running its business according to its beliefs. It's not right.

CHRISTIANS UNDER PERSECUTION

At a Tennessee Football Game---Christianity is now the target of persecution...

This is a statement that was read over the PA system at the football game at Roane County High School , Kingston , Tennessee, by school principal, Jody McLeod.

"It has always been the custom at Roane County High School football games, to say a prayer and play the National Anthem, to honor God and Country."

Due to a recent ruling by the Supreme Court, I am told that saying a Prayer is a violation of Federal Case Law. As I understand the law at this time, I can use this public facility to approve of sexual perversion and call it "an alternate life style," and, if someone is offended, that's OK.

I can use it to condone sexual promiscuity, by dispensing condoms and calling it, "safe sex." If someone is offended, that's OK.

I can even use this public facility to present the merits of killing an unborn baby as a "viable" means of birth control." If someone is offended, no problem...

I can designate a school day as "Earth Day" and involve students in activities to worship religiously and praise the goddess, "Mother Earth", and call it "ecology.."

I can use literature, videos and presentations in the classroom that depicts people with strong, traditional Christian convictions as "simple minded" and "ignorant" and call it "enlightenment.."

However, if anyone uses this facility to honor GOD and to ask HIM to bless this event with safety and good sportsmanship, then Federal Case Law is violated.

This appears to be inconsistent at best, and at worst, diabolical. Apparently, we are to be tolerant of everything and anyone, except GOD and HIS Commandments.

Nevertheless , as a school principal, I frequently ask staff and students to abide by rules with which they do not necessarily agree. For me to do otherwise would be inconsistent at best, and at worst, hypocritical. I suffer from that affliction enough unintentionally. I certainly do not need to add an intentional transgression.

For this reason, I shall "Render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's," and refrain from praying at this time.

" However, if you feel inspired to honor, praise and thank GOD and ask HIM, in the name of JESUS, to bless this event, please feel free to do so.. As far as I know, that's not against the law--yet."

One by one, the people in the stands bowed their heads, held hands with one another and began to pray.

The y prayed in the stands. They prayed in the team huddles. They prayed at the concession stand and they prayed in the Announcer's Box!

The only place they didn't pray was in the Supreme Court of the United States of America- the Seat of "Justice" in the "one nation, under GOD."

Somehow, Kingston, Tennessee , remembered what so many have forgotten.

We are given the Freedom OF Religion, not the Freedom FROM Religion.

Black Bishop calls for all Christians to leave Democratic Party

In 2009, Bishop Jackson launched a national grassroots organization aimed at restoring America’s Judeo-Christian foundations. S.T.A.N.D. (Staying True to America’s National Destiny) is dedicated to restoring the faith, values and Christian culture that America once had but has since lost.

In his plea for Christians to make an exodus from the Democratic Party, Jackson refers to the Party as cult-like and cites the following reasons for his statement and actions:

• Pro-abortion
• Rejection of biblical family model and values
• Open hostility to anyone who expresses their Christian values including Dan Cathy of Chick-fil-A and Olympic gold medal gymnast Gabby Douglas
• Actions taken against cities and towns for displaying crosses at memorials
• Actions taken against anyone who invokes the name of Jesus during prayers at official events

 This has led him send the following message to all Christians in America: “The Democrat Party has turned its back on Christians. It is time to turn our backs on the Democrat Party.”

So here we have one black Harvard law grad telling the other Harvard law grad that he has turned his back on God and that it’s time Christians turn their back on him and the rest of his progressive liberals. I hope and pray that the message would reach every Christian and that they follow Bishop Jackson’s plN

How Christian Men Have Become Political Pansies

Christian men have become political pansies. Yes, that’s right, pansies. They’ve traded in their guns for triple shot, non-fat, soy, vanilla lattes and traded in their demand for honesty in government for excuses on how it’s not their responsibility and how God wouldn’t want them to object to their government anyways.

It always starts with using Romans 13 to weasel out of opposing anything the government does. “Wahh! We should be in submission to the government. Wahh!” Um, yeah, ok. We’ll come back to that. Ironically, these are typically the same people who decry the church’s inaction in 1936 Germany. Just try and transfer the responsibility for what happens in the country from yourself to someone else. Nothing new there for the fellas, we’ve been doing it since the Garden of Eden. Remember?

I like to blow up this refuge of cowards with a little laying of the scripture smackdown. James 4:17 anyone? Remember that whole, “whoever knows to do good and fails to do it is sinning” thing?

Let’s go back to Romans 13 shall we? Christian pansies usually like to back up their Romans 13 refuge of cowardice by invoking Daniel 2:21. “But, but, but… God sets up kings and it would be wrong to go against him. David wouldn’t oppose Saul, so I should just stand here on the sidelines and do nothing.” Yeah, ok, Skippy. Sounds just like Adam telling God, “The woman you gave me did it.”

Here’s an inconvenient truth for you non-fat, soy, latte males, in this country: We the People are the government. It says so right on the founding documents. Stick that in your morning pansy brew. Don’t use Daniel as an excuse for your powerlessness.

You know, a good man leaves an inheritance to his kids. The government currently is taking as much of what a man produces with his life as possible – including what he would pass on to his children. Go read that section of James again. Still think you should try and absolve yourself of responsibility?

Try this on for size: is it acceptable to you that your kids are subjected to searches at airports that would be criminal under any other circumstances? Don’t you have a responsibility to protect your kids?

Do you think it’s acceptable that the government can tell you what food you can eat, what health care you can get and what you can and can’t do in essentially every aspect of your life? Do you think it’s ok that the government tries to define you as a terrorist simply because you think abortion is murder? Do you think it’s ok that they want to use that as a reason to indefinitely detain you with no representation and no trial? I certainly don’t.

Our government is a government Of the People, By the People and For the People. Unless you’re not one of the People, the onus for responsibility lies directly on your shoulders. Time to pull up your granny panties, stop making excuses about how powerless you are (or wish you were), start reading, understanding and recognizing Constitutional government, fulfilling your duty to your God, your families and your country.

Time to shrug off the mantle of cowardice, drink a real coffee in the morning and make a difference in the lives of millions. Your kids are counting on you.

A major news story broke on AOL and countless other mainstream news media outlets, this past week, that the Obama Health Care Bill will require all U.S. citizens and babies to receive a microchip or Medchip by March 23, 2013. Whether or not the microchip requirement in the bill is implemented by 2013, remains to be seen.

In 2010, my book “Are You Ready for the Microchip?” was released, and I asked the question, “Is the microchip implant hidden in the Healthcare Bill? Are newborn children starting in 2013 going to receive a microchip shortly after birth?” Then in the book, I wrote, “ In the massive US HEALTHCARE BILL, which your elected representatives voted for without reading, there is a section titled: Subtitle C-11 Sec. 2521 – National Medical Device Registry which states:

“The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that—‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; and ‘‘(B) is a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable.”
The language is deliberately vague, but it provides the structure for making America the first nation in the world that would require every U.S. citizen to receive an implanted radio-frequency (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling medical care.

Unfortunately, Evangelical Christians make excellent political pawns because they focus on secondary issues, rather than the important issues. This is because Evangelical Christianity in America today does not have a truly Biblical worldview. I truly do not want to sound unkind, but the historical reality is that Evangelical Christians have played the part of what Lenin called “useful idiots.” Obviously, this is not what God planned for His people. But, by rejecting a Biblical worldview, the Scripture, “My people perish for lack of knowledge,” is fulfilled. The majority of Evangelical Christians in America have a very superficial faith as a result of what they are being taught in many of their churches and seminaries.

PRESIDENT OBAMA’S ANTI-BIBLICAL ACTIONS

 America’s Most Biblically-Hostile U. S. President

When one observes President Obama’s unwillingness to accommodate America’s four-century long religious conscience protection through his attempts to require Catholics to go against their own doctrines and beliefs, one is tempted to say that he is anti-Catholic. But that characterization would not be correct. Although he has recently singled out Catholics, he has equally targeted traditional Protestant beliefs over the past four years. So since he has attacked Catholics and Protestants, one is tempted to say that he is anti-Christian. But that, too, would be inaccurate.

He has been equally disrespectful in his appalling treatment of religious Jews in general and Israel in particular. So perhaps the most accurate description of his antipathy toward Catholics, Protestants, religious Jews, and the Jewish nation would be to characterize him as anti-Biblical.

And then when his hostility toward Biblical people of faith is contrasted with his preferential treatment of Muslims and Muslim nations, it further strengthens the accuracy of the anti-Biblical descriptor. In fact, there have been numerous clearly documented times when his pro-Islam positions have been the cause of his anti-Biblical actions.

Within these four categories are 55 named activities by the President.
