JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED

VOTER ID – Please take the time to write your personal letter to the Wisconsin Supreme Court Justices requesting the high court take up the issues of VOTER ID AND ACT 10.

FROM SEN. JOE LEIBHAM—As your State Senator, I remain hopeful that the judicial review of voter photo ID and Act 10 will be completed thoroughly and swiftly. I am however becoming increasingly concerned with the lack of urgency to make rulings on these important statewide matters. While I respect a fair constitutional review of all legislation, the judicial branch should not be able to stop the will of the duly elected legislative branch via unnecessary procedural delays.
