FILIBUSTER - RAND PAUL WANTS ANSWERS ON DRONES

Senator Rand Paul, Republican Senator from Kentucky, is conducting a filibuster on the Senate floor, specifically regarding drones being used to watch American citizens without a search warrant in spite of Constitutional restraints.

Senator Paul started this about 11 a.m. Central Time and I assume that all of his comments are now part of the permanent Congressional record.
