Because Assembly Democrats may filibuster the Assembly as it prepares to vote on the mining bill, you are being asked to  PLEASE CONTACT ALL ASSEMBLY REPRESENTATIVES TO URGE THEM TO SUPPORT THE MINING BILL.

If Democrats lose on the mining bill, they may file lawsuits to stop mining jobs.
